Terms & conditions

The NLdigital Terms 2025 (formerly the Nederland ICT Terms) apply to all our services, quotes and agreements. They were drawn up by NLdigital, the trade association for the digital sector in the Netherlands, and filed with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30174840. They form the basis of every collaboration.

The NLdigital Terms 2025 cover, among other things:

• Quotes and the formation of agreements
• Performance of the assignment and collaboration
• Payment, prices and payment terms
• Liability and its limitations
• Intellectual property and transfer of the delivered work
• Confidentiality and handling of data
• Term, amendment and termination
• Applicable law and disputes (Dutch law)

We work iteratively and in short steps: we build, deliver and adjust, so you see what's taking shape throughout the engagement. Our obligations are best-efforts obligations, unless we expressly guarantee a specific result.

We will send you the full NLdigital Terms 2025 free of charge on request, and they can also be consulted via NLdigital. In the event of any conflict with this summary, the full NLdigital Terms 2025 prevail, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
